1. Know Thyself.
   Getting to know yourself is a crucial first step in cultivating an inner circle that will support your future self.
   We’ll explore your passions, your values, your stories, and the people you admire. A chance to remember who you are and to show up as the most authentic version of you.

2. Your People.
   It’s time to remember the people and communities that you have, or once had, an authentic connection with.
   You’ll gain a deep understanding of Dunbar’s Number and your first Personal Community Strategy will begin to emerge.

3. Your Places.
   A reality check on where you spend your time, in person and online.
   What do you like about the time you spend there?
   Social media audit - which social platforms do you have a presence on. Are they are serving you?
   It’s time to be more intentional with your personal communications.

4. Managing Limiting Beliefs & Taking Inspired Action.
   This module is said to be a game-changer where your mind will begin shifting from imposing to inviting, building the courage to invite the people you want, into your life, without expectation.

5. Regularity and Reciprocal Vulnerability.
   An authentic relating module, where we explore relationship deepening games and the building blocks of healthy friendships.

6. Personal Community Strategy - establishing your inner circle (in-person and online).
   Gamified!

7. BONUS: 45-Minute 1:1 Coaching session with Shelley Ceridwen (4 – 6 weeks later).
