Keynote Speaker on Social Health and the Future of Work
Research-based talks for HR, Leadership and conference audiences exploring connection, trust and social health in remote and hybrid work.
Shelley Doyle is a speaker and researcher in the emerging field of Social Health at Work. Her talks help organisations understand how trust, connection and relational design shape wellbeing, performance and culture in remote and hybrid teams.
Drawing on large-scale postgraduate research and practical intervention design, Shelley brings fresh language, evidence and insight to conferences, leadership events and organisations navigating the future of work.
Shelley has spoken for organisations and communities including TEDxVictoria, DisruptHR, CPHR BC & Yukon and PressReader, and will be presenting her research at Social Capital 2026, the first international conference focused on the practical application of social capital in over twenty years.
Her work explores the social health of people leaders, including findings from a large-scale study and a pilot intervention programme designed to help organisations strengthen connection and trust in remote and hybrid teams.
