What is Social Wealth?

Social Wealth is an internal state experienced through the positive activation of your social network, online or offline, personal or professional. It’s a subjective feeling of deep trust, connection, support and belonging with the individuals and groups in your life, aligned with your evolving social needs.   

Unlike engagement scores or network size, building and sustaining Social Wealth focuses on:

  • trust

  • reciprocity

  • meaningful connection

  • relational rituals

My research showed that leaders with higher Social Wealth report:

  • greater clarity and resilience

  • stronger collaboration and decision-making

  • a greater sense of relational support, even in remote environments

This workshop helps leaders understand where they sit on the Social Wealth Continuum, and how to intentionally design a social ecosystem that supports their current reality.
