Social Health Roundtables / Executive Briefings
Evidence-based sessions for leadership teams, HR, and Communications professionals to build awareness and capability around Social Health in remote and hybrid contexts.
Grounded in four years of applied research into the social health of remote and hybrid leaders, this session translates data into practical organisational insight.
Based on a large-scale study of 1,000+ professionals and in-depth leadership interviews, it explores how connection and communication habits shape performance, trust, and experienced social wealth in distributed environments.
Despite access to vast personal and professional networks, 29% of people leaders reported loneliness, revealing an activation gap - the point at which social capital exists, but is not yet experienced as social benefit.
