Social Health: The Missing Pillar in Modern Leadership
Give your leaders the tools and strategies to feel more socially wealthy, and the know-how to build socially healthy teams.
Why It Matters
In a time where technology is automating mundane tasks, the hardest work for teams is still human: connection, trust, and belonging.
Most organisations still don’t realise that social health is a science - one that is possible to learn.
At The Communiverse™, we believe that Social Health is a strategic priority, for forward-thinking organisations that want to prevent absenteeism, presenteeism and retain good people.
Backed by four years of large-scale applied research, our evidence-based programs give HR, People & Culture, and L&D teams a first-mover advantage: frameworks to embed Social Health into life, leadership and culture.
Simple to implement. Scalable across teams. Proven to work.
Our Flagship Offering: The Social Wealth Activation Program
A 12-week, evidence-based programme designed for remote, hybrid, and globally mobile people-leaders who want to feel deeply trusted, connected and supported, within and beyond the workplace. Through live interactive sessions, peer-group discussions, and comprehensive workbooks, participants will:
Rebuild trust and belonging at work and in life
Activate their human networks for sustained support and connection, beyond the program
Stop hiding behind busy, and become intentionally connected.
Leaders leave with more time for what matters most - meaningful time and energy with colleagues, friends, family and the groups and communities alive in their life. They report less scrolling, more reaching-out, and more satisfaction with how they spend their time.
Cohorts are small to ensure hands-on application and measurable transformation.

Why Social Health Matters Now
The World Health Organization has declared social connection a global health priority — yet most workplaces still don’t measure it.
Our research shows that while loneliness in leaders mirrors global averages, the differentiator is Social Wealth - giving leaders the tools, strategy and accountability to activate their human network and strive for social wealth, for sustained trust, support, and belonging.
When organisations invest in Social Health, they:
Reduce disengagement, burnout & turnover
Strengthen collaboration, innovation & trust
Enable leaders to design human-centered hybrid cultures that attract and retain talent.
“Social Wealth is an internal state that is experienced through the positive activation of one’s social network, online or offline, personal or professional. It’s a subjective feeling of deep trust, connection, support and belonging, with the individuals and groups in one’s life, aligned with one’s evolving social needs.” Doyle, S (2025)
