Directions
We suggest you set aside 1-2 hours for this transformational activity. Before diving in, you may want to practice self-care - whether that's yoga, meditation, breathwork, a walk in nature, or listen to your favourite song, something that nurtures your soul.
Print 2 copies of the the people and communities in your life (your Communiverse).
Go to your favourite space, put on some music, get a drink, and prepare to visualise the community you will be at the heart of.
Step 1: Reality Check
Give yourself 20 - 40 mins for this activity.
Think about who is in your life right now (individuals and groups), who you connect with - weekly, monthly, annually. If names come to mind that you realise are important and aren't in your life right now, simply write their names down, to come back to later.
Now pause for a short break. Get a refreshing drink, do a few star jumps, or simply close your eyes and tune in to your inner self. Whatever you need at this moment, take it!
Step 2: Let's create your 90-Day Vision!
Give yourself 30 - 45 mins for this activity.
Consider the connections you already have and those you want to strengthen. Are they serving you?
Are you serving them?
Imagine having authentic, soulful conversations with old and new contacts, in-person and online.
Close your eyes, go inside and see who naturally comes to mind. It may surprise you who does!
Consider how much space you have in your life and how often you'd like to gather, one-on-one or in a group.
Remember, this vision will evolve, so don't worry about perfection. It's a starting point. Embrace the process and trust your intuition to guide you along the way.
Once you have exhausted your own thoughts, you may want to draw on social media for inspiration (without getting distracted by reels!)
